Spearhead St Paul
We will be meeting at Food Country on Rt 19 in Abingdon at 7:45am. Leaving from Food Country at 8:00am, Heading to St Paul. We will meet at the Hardee’s in St Paul roughly at 9:00am and head from there up to the trail head. We have about a 45+ mile route mapped out that will accommodate all riders and their abilities.
