Leaving at 8:30am from the old Food Country USA location on Highway 19 in Abingdon (headed toward Lebanon), next to the Shell station. Please be fueled up, have your Spearhead permit and ready to hit the trails! Alternatively, you can meet us at the St Paul trailhead at roughly 9:00am.
